My thought exactly. There isn’t even any evidence that I have seen anyway, that the hacking took place in the U.S… I presume SONY does have operations in Japan.
Now that would be hysterical. What if it turns out it was Dennis Rodman’s computer or his smartphone that was used, as some kind of pass-through, and they planted a bug in it while it was with him on his visit? Maybe N. Korea put some kind of backdoor code in it while he was there in a drunken stupor, and that’s how they were able to redirect their hacking activity through it without him even knowing. I mean the guy ended up in rehab right after his little trip there…so weirder shit could happen…especially if you’re talking about Rodman, who’s always been a bit of a freak. Plus, here’s a guy who was on a show called “Celebrity Mole” a few years back from what I read. Need I say more???
Anyways, it would make a hell of a screenplay in any case.
