Well if the pipeline takes out Bismarck then what does ND have left?
What I want to know Gov. Dalrymple (what a lovely name) is what protections did you or your staff negotiate in mathe event of a pipeline leek, explosion and such? Who will be responsible for making sure all residents of ND have clean drinking water when this happens? Who will bare the cost of clean up and expenses related to such catastrophe? Who decided not to consult the Standing Rock Sioux during negotiations?
