FYI North Dakota straddles two-time zones so polls close between:

9 PM - 10 PM Eastern
8 PM - 9 PM Central
7 PM - 8 PM Mountain
6 PM - 7 PM Pacific

…and utilizes an “open” primary system, in which voters do not have to be members of a party to vote in that party’s primary.

ND is having a Democratic Caucus tonight. Not an open primary.
