The point, from my vantage, is that this allegation (and I do hope there is corroborating evidence to establish this as fact) is that it could make a difference in senate conformation votes, in particular with the so called moderate women and red state democrats.

If these allegations are true, and he is caught lying, the lying will kill him. It will surely have repressions on his appointment. Oh, I forgot, lying doesn’t seem to matter any more…

There are plenty of well-respected conservative judges out there, but the Pubbies have decided to die on this hill. They’ve been hiding damning information and documents all along.

This is the political equivalent of mobsters buying a judge. The probability is high IMHO that they knew that information was there and put him in to have a guy who’d vote right no matter how obviously wrong it would be to do so. It’s shocking and this guy cannot be confirmed.

The christian conservative American public of 2018 has moved beyond the rape and sexual assault charges against god-fearing Brett Kavanaugh.

We are now in a world where we have had a serial child molester and good christian conservative Roy Moore become Alabama Supreme Court chief Justice and run for US Senate. Alabama is doing fine.

Likewise we have Preshtident Skanky-Manslut, a criminal sexual predator and racist who publicly stated that he shares an interest in sex with his daughter, and grabs women’s genitalia, as President.

We have elevated Melanija Knavs, a euro-pornstar, as First Pornstar of the United States.

We really shouldn’t worry about rape and attempted rape by a Justice on the US Supreme Court.

Feinstein’s handling of this is highly suspect. She’s been sitting on this since July? I can understand wanting to protect the victim’s identity but this is pure unadulterated horseshit: “[she] felt that Democrats would be better off focusing on Kavanaugh’s legal weaknesses than his personal ones.” Obviously she has no clue who or what she’s dealing with. Republicans stole Obama’s pick outright, Justice Kennedy’s resignation is questionable as are his son’s ties to Donald, Kavanaugh’s record as a partisan hack are well documented, (the sexually charged questions he wanted to ask Clinton lend legitimacy to this claim in my mind) but Feinstein thinks we need to play nice and go after his “legal weaknesses?” Like I said, she has no idea what she’s dealing with, she can no longer be trusted to make the tough decisions that need to be made to fight the lunatics that have taken over the Republican party. She needs to step aside.

If the allegation is true which I suspect is a real possibility, this was not a one time occurrence.

This is the reason Feinstein was mistaken in withholding the existence of the letter. One accusation could have increased the possibility of other victims speaking up if other cases do exist.
