Four successive polls recently found Carson pulling ahead of Trump in Iowa, but in New Hampshire, the real estate mogul maintained a 10-point lead over the retired neurosurgeon, according to the latest Monmouth University poll.

Proving that New Hampshire Republicans are not as Christianist as their Iowan brothers.

But Rubio made the most significant gains in the poll, which came after what many praised as a standout performance is a widely criticized presidential debate hosted by CNBC. The poll found 13 percent said they would support Rubio, a spike from just 4 percent in September.

Good news for the (probable) eventual GOP nominee. The Koch brothers must be happy with this new poll.

They don’t much like blah people in New Hampshuh.

It’s a pretty sad commentary on both society and our educational system that Ben Carson is doing as well in the polls as he is, despite that fact that he seems to know almost nothing about our system of government.

This poll was pre-nail eating, obviously.

I think JEB’s problem is that he’s been eating rusty nails.

What I would really like to know is how each of these KKKlowns will do in the general. It is one thing to play to the looney toon base but the entire electorate is a very different thing.

  1. Rubio is getting new funding by the billionaire Singer, who has also suggested it to his buddies.

  2. Trump’s new buddies are the “Reagan Democrats” and so far it’s successful.

BUT in New Hampshire the stupid is strong.

Again…y’all keep telling me that Trump will fade away, but yet here he is still going! I’m ready to conclude that not only will Trump win the nomination, he stands a damn good chance of capturing the White House. I can see the children and grandchildren of Nixon’s silent majority and coalition of Reagan Democrats voting for Trump.

Bigotry, and animosity towards the Black guy in the White House will get a candidate working the white grievance vote far in this country.

President Trump. Wow. We’re going to get attacked within a week of that happening.

So Trump, Carson, and Cruz, the three outsider candidates and the ones most likely to hand the Democrats a massive victory, are collectively polling at 51% in a relatively sane state that typically correctly picks the eventual nominee. Now the GOP candidates are doing everything they can to water down the debates and make them as non-confrontational as possible, a development that will most benefit the crazies. Tell me again why I should believe the establishment is going to win this battle.

In order to win, the GOP candidate needs to secure some 30+% of the Latino vote. Please tell me how Trump is going to do that? The things Trump is getting away with in the Republican Primary, things like special math, not so thinly veiled racism, blatant misogyny, and generally idiotic policies aren’t being challenged by his opponents because they know their base believes this shit. Wait until he’s in a one on one match up against an opponent gleefully exposing his stupidity. I have no doubt parts of even the South, states LBJ smartly pointed out had been lost for a generation, will again start looking to the Democratic Party.
