In a press conference this morning, the President of the United States declared war on Germany to highlight a new development that will be constructed amid the rubble. President Trump explained that the land under the site of early bombing raids, confiscated as spoils of war, will be restored and put to beneficial use with the construction of a new hotel and casino complex. Millions of displaced Europeans will now have jobs, thanks to US restoration efforts.

We may be past the point of no return with Trump. The media gave him a pass for a year, covering him as a serious candidate for president, giving him stature and gravitas. He now leads in FL and OH and will likely hold that lead into November given Hillary’s emails and pneumonia. Only the debates are left for Hillary to demonstrate that Trump is little more than a self-promoter and a real-estate flipper, but I doubt there will be any debates. If Trump is percentage points ahead over the next several days, he will find a rationale to cancel his appearance on September 26 and it won’t cost him because the media will cover his rationale as a serious stance and will continue to give him free publicity because he sells.

Can’t see how his clusterfuck of a campaign is doing anything for his brand, though. Who the hell wants to stay at a Trump property after having watched his antics over the past year? Yeah, sure, some redneck tourist assholes who want to make a liberal cry just by staying there, but that’s not a long term viable business model.

As long as Trump Properties or whatever the entity is charges the campaign “market rates” for hosting the event or other services, its apparently legit. I just think its hilarious that he’s so baldfaced about using the campaign to line his own pockets. His donors are idiots.
