Personally, I don’t think a new election is needed. In my mind Mike Harris unlawful act forces him to forfeit his right to a new election.
It’s not the voters fault, rather it’s the GOP candidate’s fault!

In this case, it IS impossible, since the absentee ballots in question were never deilveried. Missing. Gone. Uncountable.

I have a legal theory that there is sufficient irregularity and taint to cast doubt on this election by the circumstances that the convicted felon at the heart of the fraud here was referred to the NC US Atty’s office in 2016 for the exact same crime. The US Atty’s office happens to be where Harris’ son has been employed, since at least 2016, as an Assistant US Attorney. The US Attorney’s office has not done squat since 2016 with the referral and Harris just happened to hire this guy in 2018.
I wonder how many assistants are in that office and how likely it is that Harris’ son was aware of if not worked on this 2016 referral that went nowhere.
Also, I wonder if it is too late to intervene in whatever case was pending involving Kris Kobach to point out that while searching for election fraud by African Americans and Latino Immigrants, he somehow managed to avoid the empirical evidence in No Carolina, the only apparent evidence of actual voter fraud in the country.

OK, Mark, as a “pastor” you should know this, but here’s your lesson for the day. First, nobody is alleging illegal activity on the other side, so knock that “either side” shit off. It’s a lie. Second, if they find illegal activity on your side, that’s disqualifying, regardless of the numbers, because it’s your campaign, and if you can’t be trusted to run a clean campaign, you can’t be trusted with the office. If you were what you pretend to be, you would be calling for a new election, and promising not to run.
