Is there a rumor to that effect? Not sure what good it would do now though, although maybe he said something that would actually shock the deplorables.
Their failure to understand how limited Kelly’s appeal is might just be the funniest media story of all time. They respond to Kelly the way Fox’s main demography does, because they have the same qualities – white, male, over the age of 45. It never even occurred to them that other people – women of all colors, and men below the age of 45 or not white might not see her the same way they do. Your little blonde minx who growls but doesn’t bite and is always sexy doesn’t have the same appeal to women! Gosh, what’s wrong with women anyway?

I’ll bet good money he KEEPS all his voting stock and options on the rest however. He for sure has a massive “Golden Parachute” to fall back on along with his existing billions.
NBC claims not to have rights to Apprentice outtakes that include Trump’s angry outbursts and sexist comments, which crew have said exist. They’re the property of Mark Burnett (also producwr of Survivor and Bachelor). Burnett likes and supported Trump and obviously sees an advantage in not releasing the shameful stuff. Hard to figure why NBC has become Don the Con’s enemy of the moment. They’ve been very, very good to him.

The tradition of the casting couch in Hollywood never ended and was never confined to the entertainment business. When women speak out, other women are encouraged to speak out and stand up to sexual harassment. The Weinstein story is far from a nothing story.
Hiring Kelly was about as smart as MSNBC hiring Van Susteren. How could the bosses possibly see either of the women contributing anything positive to the network or cable channel? Now MSNBC has hired Peggy Noonan!

When you think about it Kelly is an odd sort of media talent. She was clearly too good for Fox, but toxic anywhere else.

Weinstein produced some of the most prestigious films over the recent few decades, made big stars out of the people in them, films earned gazillions of dollars, and the payouts for the assaulted women were as little as $80,000. with NDAs. One doesn’t have to be moviegoer to appreciate the larger story. It was like the sad story of Anita Hill being retold but by hundreds of women over the years.

Kelly had to be a nice girl, like Ripa or Couric, in order to get the job.
He aleays goes hardest after the ones that are most sympathetic to him, except for Fox, which is not a real network - just a division of the R party media infrastructure.

He’s the President of a major network. The only job that defines “weasel” better is the current occupant of the Oval Orifice.
It’s one of those times that you hope his golden parachute turns green. But it’s going to be hard to tell since the creep has more money than some small African countries. It will, however, be interesting how much of it he still has after the women he’s victimized get done suing him for everything except his cheap aluminum tie clasp.
