Exactly! He doesn’t run the news division, therefore no conflict of interest.
Besides, do people really think media executives have no opinions? Of course they do! But as long as it doesn’t affect their work, it’s not an issue. Certainly they enjoy the first amendment as much as the rest of us.

They’ve been attacking the media for 30 years, maybe they should stop humping the GOP and start sending public Facebook messages like this from here on out.
