Discussion for article #242676
Donāt mention the pyramids !
Yes, the reason that the media is āattackingā Carson is because of his faith. That is exactly correct. It has absolutely nothing to do with Carson repeatedly lying over trivial matters and talking about other crazy shit, like the pyramids.
You know who else is faith-based? Heavenās Gate (or they used to be). The Manson Family. Astrologists. Satanists. Wicca. Tree-worshipers. The Peopleās Temple. Hari Krishna. Baal worshipers. That crazy Maine family that believes Croatoan will come from the void and remove all the troubles (he wonāt, Only Audry Parker and her mom can do that.).
Being faith-based doesnāt make you a good person or a bad person any more than being white or black or Asian or male or female or American or Russian or tall or short or straight or gay or anything else makes you a good person or a bad person.
But when you make up your personal history, believe easily disprovable world history, and whine when people discuss and analyze this then you should NOT be President.
If āfaith basedā means basing all your decisions as President in accordance with the doctrines of your religious faith, I want no part of you in that office.
It should be no surprise he uses the same filthy lying victimhood that his filthy lying media properties rely upon to keep the clueless in their clutches.
I am pretty sure Islamic State is filled with āfaith based peopleā, does Murdoch support IS ?
Carson deserves the criticism because being completely full of shit and having idiotic theories based on nothing resembling real evidence isnāt a quality that Americans care for in the person who occupies our highest office. His faith has nothing to do with it. But speaking of faith, I donāt think any candidate within my lifetime has taken even a fraction of the criticism over faith that Obama has. Murdochās own station was at one point a 24/7 cycle of Reverend Wright nonsense, and frequently tapped into Obama=Muslim conspiracy theories.
Itās not faith-based people. Itās people who demand to be taken on faith.
Fair to scrutinize, but not twist findings. No such attacks on non-religious candidates.
Which non-religious candidates would those be, you evil, lying, scheming old man?
To be fair Murdoch is right that there havent been any attacks against the non-religious candidates.
But thatās largely because there currently is no such thing as a non-religious candidate in the US Presidential election race.
The sun does not revolve around the earth.
The earth is not 6,000 years old.
Joseph did not build the pyramids.
Fox Reports, but we decide.
The media jumps onto people that say stupid things, or fits their narrative in case of Hillary. Does not matter that Carson is a person of faith. It is that his beliefs are fairly odd, even for some hardcore sects. And that these beliefs look to affect his ability to govern.
The longer this whole fiasco goes on, the more that āfaith basedā is being cemented in the public image as outright ācraziness.ā For me, having this degenerate parasite talk of āfaith basedā really makes his grift obvious.
True. He usually leaves that kind of talk to his minions. Donāt give the game away, Rupe!
I dunnoā¦do truly āfaith based peopleā appreciate the support from an amoral, unethical, sewer rat like Murdoch?
I would not have thought so. Although many of those āfaith based peopleā do support the concept of āany means to an endā.
Do they have any idea of the slimy, illegal activities carried out by his minions overseas?
We donāt HATE FAITH-BASED PEOPLE.
We hate greedy plutocrats and their booster-ism of; Boorish Morons, Religious-Lunatic Grifters, Power-Seeking Megalomaniacs, and Only-in-it-for-the-money-Cynics-looking-to-pad-their-bank-accounts and how it makes a mockery of the contest for the highest elected office in the USA.
What Murdoch really meant to say was: Carson is one of the āgood Blacksā leave him alone

Careful Rupert. The real reason the Earth is warming is God is stoking up a special place for you in hell.
