Heard it this morning and had to turn him off. We sometimes turn the program on while eating breakfast but have started turning it off when Joe goes nuts. The only times we watch for any length of time is when Joe is not on the program.

michael brown may well have been a thug. that does not mean he should have ended up a dead thug. the question to me is how far away was brown when shot to death. a cop should know that he is not in imminent threat from an unarmed man at a distance.

Joe Scarboroughās rant this morning was shameful. Not sure who he is pandering to this time. Apparently he thinks NFL players do not have first amendment rights. And the police, nor he, should respect their first amendment rights, rather than attempt to punish them for exercising their constitutional rights. Also, citizens have constitutional rights even if they are thugs. It is the policeās responsibility to protect the constitutional rights of citizens, not to judge whether they are worthy of protection because they judge them guilty.
If police can decide whose constitutional rights to protect, then the constitution is invalidated.
Joe does not know the truth of the Ferguson incident. None of us do. The person who does know is dead.
Officer Wilson lied. His injuries looked more like someone slapped him than the result of a punch by a 300 pound man. He could get the same redness from shaving. There were no contusions, no swelling, no knuckle prints. He said he feared a 3rd punch might kill him. Clearly this is inconsistent with the injuries he reportedly suffered at the hands of Mike Brown.
I am personally insulted by Joeās thoughtless rant.

I just will never understand what exactly Scarborough and all other right wing nut jobs - who claim to LOVE the Constitution donāt understand about denying any citizen the right to a proper arrest, and jury trial instead of a spontaneous public execution as it relates to our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, and how dangerous it is to champion the ākill first, ask questions laterā style of governance might prove to be.
It is utterly baffling how stupid people are.

the question is ā¦ is it ok for un-armed petty crime suspects (black or white or etc) to be gunned down in the street by police? if you phrase the question appropriately then I think you might get a different answer than Joeās 95% BS.
