You may not believe this, but once upon a time, even evil people had to have some small measure of intelligence to succeed.
Iâve gotta look later, but that term used to mean something different.
Now that period was reconstruction, but still
Finger wagging deplorables are the worse.
In the interview, Bryant went on to claim that the election will also be ârigged,â and that âany Republican has to have an overwhelming majority of the voteâ in order to win.
And the nerds know why
If the Dems are so successful at doing this, why are you in office?
MississKKKippi.
Bryant continued: ââŚand accurate polls would show that the South won the Whoa-ahâ of Nothenâ Aggression. Wee-unsâ have always binâ the victims of the lie-buuraalâ media.â
For those who are curious, Phil Bryant is like Rick Perry, but actually dumber.
So much static. So little sense.
I would not be shocked if the governor still grumbled about Goodman, Schwerner and Cheney. As well as âthat darn Medger Eversâ âItâs his own fault for standing in his drivewayâ He is a Council of conservative citizens member after all.
It wouldnât be October without the Governor of the dumbest state in the union reminding us all how dumb he is.
Thatâs Alabamaâs governor, not Mississippiâs.
They all look alike to me.
Catch 22. If it were possible to rig an election, it would be impossible for this guy to be governor of any state, even Miss.
Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant knows the polls are rigged because thatâs how he got elected.
In the interview, Bryant went on to claim that the election will also be ârigged,â and that âany Republican has to have an overwhelming majority of the voteâ in order to win.
Iâm no mathematician, as thatâs Mrs. CharlieEâs job. However, I do recall from the math lessons of my youth that the precise number of votes that you need to win is less than âoverwhelming;â itâs one more vote than your competitor receives.
I wonder if Greg Abbott is stupid enough to join this chorus? I wish he was up for re-election but the way our governors slither around in Texas I canât remember how long the term is. For half of my life it seems it was W then Perry, and Perry and Perry and PerryâŚBut in fact Iâve lived through a bunch of bad governors. The two or three who were good really stand out.
Iâll never stop missing Anne Richardson.
New York and âneighboringâ Arkansas? One of those states must be near the Simpsonâs Springfield, which borders Ohio, Nevada, Maine and Kentucky.
âWhere the more liberal voting populations may be, in the cities and New York and California and some of the other areas, all you have to do is win those,â Bryant said. âYou can forget about flyover country. That doesnât seem fair to me at all.â
Heâs right. Itâs not fair that the flyover statesâ votes are worth so much more than CAâs or NYâs. If it werenât for the undemocratic Electoral College, repukes might never again see the inside of the White House.
Itâs undemocratic intentionally - that is the function. We arenât a democracy. Weâre a constitutional democratic republic. Itâs not a winner take all system, purposely.
