Discussion: Michelle Obama's Thoughts As She Left The White House? 'Bye Felicia!'

There she goes again, speaking her mind. RWNJ folks are going to lose their shite.

She has so much grace and class, she is sorely missed (actually they both are). And to be followed into the WH by this bunch, well the contrast couldn’t be more stark.

She is certainly having fun during her book tour.
Her slight digs at the current occupants of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue are done with a smooth touch. You can feel the schadenfreude.

Let them! Their hate for the Obamas only exposes them for what they are.

Her comment about the Tiffany’s box cracked me up.

@pluckyinky,
I missed that comment. Where could I find it?

Michelle Obama is like that suburban professional who lived a normal life and woke up the next day in the WH and said ‘wtf!’. She’s too real for words. She would make a fantastic candidate and POTUS but I have no doubt in my mind that she would rather watch paint dry than be in the Oval Office.

Late night host Jimmy Fallon showed former first lady Michelle Obama a picture of she and her husband leaving the White House for the last time on Tuesday night.

“A picture of she”? Seriously?

A wise and honest woman with a generous soul.

The book is good. People should read it.

Thanks.
It would help if I actually watched these clips in full.

Yes, thanks for commenting on that vile grammatical faux pas.

I think that it was a transcription error. It should have been “… picture of Xi and her husband leaving the White House for the last time…”

If I may Paraphrase Rule #36 of Murphy’s Law of Combat:

Anything President Obama and Michelle Obama do will cause RWNJ folks to lose their shite, to include doing nothing.

As a young man – late teens, early 20’s – we called a woman like her a “great lady”. And that she is. She’s a great model of intelligence, dignity and grace.

A perfect Woman, nobly planned,
To warn, to comfort, and command;
And yet a Spirit still, and bright
With something of angelic light.

That was SO FUNNY!!! Bye Felicia! hahahahaha!!! Kimmel almost fell off his chair! Seriously, he had to pull himself together.

I’ve often thought Michelle could do stand-up if she wanted to… :laughing:
