i wonder if Bill Clinton minds turning the title of āBig Dogā over to McAuliffe for the meantime? Way to go Governor!
McAuliffe may be a lot of things people donāt like, but has true grit when it comes to politics.
God I hated this guy in 2008, but he fights, a rare thing among Democrats. Good job Terry. At this point, the fighting spirit is all I care about when it comes to Democrats. Tired of my side being content to pat themselves on the back for being on the right side of the issues but too effete to actually fight for those issues.
Good for him for ignoring the partisan nonsense and doing the right thing for his state.
Excellent move, Guvā
Butā¦butā¦they might say mean things about you! Certainly, thatās a reason to not do the right thing???
Damn who would have thought good old Terry McAuliffe is a serious fighting Democrat. Go get em, Governor. Virginians need insurance coverage regardless of what the fat cat Republicans think. What you are doing is good for the people of your state.
I like his swagger. Leading is not easy but it is not that hard as to miss 400k people. The battle might be turning on the medicaid expansion stonewalling by the states.
Go, Terry!!
Fighting to deny people healthcare. What true Christians t
hese proud Virginians be.
Excellent! Canāt help but chuckle at the thought of the far left, purity police who claimed McAuliffe was only slightly better than the Cooch.
Apparently you donāt know much about him. Just take look back when he was around during the Clinton years. He knows how to fight and he is one loyal democrat
Hats off to the Govā¦the little cretins on the right have screwed that State to the wall on many levelsā¦Enough!
God I hated this guy in 2008,
LOL, that was the first thing that popped in my head! I couldnāt STAND him during the primary. After it was over, he joined the fight to beat McCain and I started to like him again.
He certainly has grit and Iām -so far - impressed with how heās handling this.
Go Terry!
So the āNEWā Reich wing hero Dave Brat, will have to run on denying 400,000 Virginians health insurance āIn the name of the Lordā ā by which he means atheist Ayn Rand.
But remember, itās secret Kenyan-Muslim-Socialist-Fascist heath care. Oh, and heās a negro, too.
How does Puckettās empty seat get filled? No one has mentioned whether itās special election, appointment by the governor or what. They act as if the people of Puckettās district can just do without representation.
Who could have foreseen that this guy would turn out to be a progressive hero? Nice work, Governor McAuliffe!
Excellent timing. The republicans look bad denying health care coverage and now Terry goes forward.
Perfect.
