Debatable, before the Tate - LaBianca killings he likely killed at least one person.

And he was convicted in the Tate - LaBianca killings of 7 Counts of Conspiracy to Commit Murder, so that makes him a mass murderer. He did shoot Bernard Crowe with the intent of killing him, and thought he had. He also ordered the Hinman murder.

Manson also woke up the LaBianca’s, helped tie them up, then told Watson to put pillow cases on their heads, and ordered his people to kill them and left. This was after the Tate murders, so he knew exactly what they would do. But yeah…he never killed anyone… give that shit a rest please. This is one sick fuck who should never see the light of day. Just a low life POS punk, so lose the “he never killed anyone” crap. It’s pathetic.

Hitler never killed anybody either. The only difference between him and Manson was the tools they had at their disposal. Hitler had a lot more. If Manson had an army, he would have killed tens of thousands. Just a fucking piece of shit loser who was frustrated with his loser life (he thought he should have been a big time musician) and decided other people had no right to be happy either. Fuck him.

You don’t have to kill someone to be guilty of murder. Felony murder is a form of 1st degree murder. Felony murder charge results from a killing that springs from the attempt or commission of a felony - it gets attached to all parties associated with the attempted commission of a felony.

Manson may, or may not have killed anyone, but he is undoubtedly a murderer. He is undoubtedly guilty of murder in the first degree, through felony murder.
