Lucky for him he wasn’t a black woman in Texas.

Voting While Black

A judge who sentenced a Texas woman to five years in prison for voting illegally because she was a felon on probation turned down on Monday the woman’s bid for a new trial.

Ms. Mason,......................................... has said that she didn’t know that she wasn’t allowed to vote in that year’s presidential election. She cast a provisional ballot at her local church after being told that her name could not be found on the rolls. ***The ballot was never counted.***

So for whom did he vote? That’s what I want to know.

I"m gonna put my CSI: Voter Fraud Unit hat on and guess that a 73–year-old isn’t secret-voting for Hillary.

Exactly. That’s why the AP left that bit of information out. After all, “both sides do it.”

He seems ideal for the purpose: really old, guilty plea means we really don’t know either what the prosecution could actually prove OR what the true facts are, get to freak around with the number 9.

I get this feeling they got this old dude for something else, something more serious with much higher sentencing guidelines, and POOF this case magically appears 8 days before the midterms.

Smelling rats in official fornication formation here.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year of probation and ordered to pay a $100 fine and court costs.

Where do you think you live? Chicago
Only we are entitled to vote early and often. It’s tradition.

Bad headline: I assumed he’d voted nine times in one election. Lazy readers will see the head, believe that WV is awash in Soros-paid fraudulent voters pulling the lever for Democrats 9, 10, 100 times each election.

I went down the street to the 24-hour grocery. When I got there, the guy was locking the front door. I said, “Hey, the sign says you’re open 24 hours.” He said, “Yes, but not in a row.”

How did Kris Kobach miss this? It proves the need to immediately reconvene his commission.

Clearly, the only answer is to make it harder for minorities to vote in other states.

FYI: Carroll County may be the deepest Trumpian red county in all of Maryland. Odd are very good that this mope is another Trump cheater.

Probably didn’t change any election results. Let’s not fan the flame of illegal voting hysteria that the Rethugs are flogging.

But seriously, which odds are greater? That a man caught with kiddy porn is a republican, or that a man caught at voter fraud is? I know, its not really a fair question…

Party affiliation? Would be nice. Good spot for an investigative reporter. Got any?
