He more like waddled in but that’s not the point. O’Malley seems like a good dude but good guys finish where again?
Seriously though, I hope he has real policy ideas that the left wants and get behind and if he goes bye-bye, then Hillary or Bernie runs with them. The left needs infusion and a sense of pride for what it stands for.
I’m all for all of the left speaking up and molding our next leader whom ought to be able to push liberal ideas much easier than Barack was able to.
The competition to the left isn’t the right, its the 1%. Our ideas and programs are far superior to any and all that the Repubs throw out but we’ve got to exercise our backbones and not let corporate America trample us. Corporations are a huge part of America, but they aren’t America.
Believe left, push left, vote left, live left of center. Its where all good things come from.
Hillary is no better than a generic Republican, in theory that is.
Match her against an actual Republican and that all falls apart. She, like Obama, is no ultra-liberal but she damned sure is no righty either. Just read a few ‘conservative’ blogs to confirm.
You are misinformed, sir. She is an equal-opportunity baby eater. Rich or poor, black, white, hispanic, asian, native american, it does not matter. Although I doubt she eats 'em for breakfast. Baby eating is more of a dinner menu, brunch at the earliest.
well, civil, intelligent debate on real issues sounds like a stark contrast. agreeing, disagreeing, taking a reasoned stand on complex ideas without calling someone a liar sounds pretty good to me.
BUT… just where do clinton, sanders, and o’malley stand on the U.S. military takeover of texas?? there, we are back to normal. oh wait… that’s the other guys.
Now that there are 3, soon 4 or 5 it will be interesting to see how the 1% media (aka MSM) talk about anyone other than Hill. Or see how much press goes to O’Mally vs Sen. Bernie Sanders. I’m betting Hill get 70%, O’Mally gets 10-15%, the other #4 and #5 get 10-15% and Bernie gets anything left over. Seems to be the pattern already established. MSM has anointed Hill already.
As a progressive who generally dislikes HRC, I fully understand that, while Hillary’s pretty centrist, she’s still vastly preferable to all of the possible GOP nominees in many key respects. Hopefully fellow left-wingers will eventually see that and at least not actively spoil things.
Ah yes, the people who don’t understand that judicial nominations are the most important thing a president does and who have spent the last twenty years vastly overestimating their numbers and their power.
