There goes his appointment to the Air Force Academy.

Smashing stolen trains into things almost always creates more problems than it solves.

Lucky for him it wasn’t a far more serious crime like driving with a broken taillight while black.

They should have made him shave that gawd awful beard too.

I’d love to see that fella in your video try to pull my mail box outta the ground. (it has 4" square steel pipe sunk into 100 pounds of concrete 2 feet into the ground) Ans stealing a mailbox is a Federal offense.

Your mailbox sounds formidable but 'roid rage gives you powers far beyond those of ordinary men. I’m just glad it was a mailbox and not a puppy or something sitting there.

I wouldn’t say his future is all that bright.

A lack of brightness could be at the heart of the matter, actually.

If he had been BLACK they would have shot him 43 times and blown up the train.

Definition of “Fucking Dumb Ass”…Perhaps?

In the past whilst living on the family farm we had occasion to deal with “mailbox baseball”. I rebuilt my Dad’s mail box with a 1/4 inch steel welded box welded to some square 4 inch pipe that had flanges on the underground portion also set in concrete. The local Darwin Award hopefuls took an old Ford pick-up and attempted to pull it outta the ground with a heavy chain wrapped around their axle and our box pole. The result was not good for the truck needless to say. The box barely tilted. And kept that tilt for the next 40 years. The truck axle had seen its last mile. The rubes who were responsible got fined and a reputation that was …ahem…less than stellar.

I wonder what the boss did that set this rube off?

25 years ago I lived in a rural area and had my mailbox blown to pieces (tiny pieces) several times by someone the cops described as “local kids.” Pre 911 they didn’t give a rat’s ass about people making bombs.

That happened where I grew up as well… Which is why I built that box like I did…

I got a PO box box in town instead, because the cops seemed annoyed by my complaints.

I have a very strong suspicion that the fellow was sans job by the very next morning!

We have a fellow on an adjoining ranch that has a rather large brick and steel mailbox structure…with openings for newspapers. My wife refers to it as the “USPS Fort”. I’m sure that should a car hit it at any speed the car would be severely damaged, if not totaled, and the “mailbox” would sustain very little hurt at all!
A cherry bomb wouldn’t scratch it! I’ve always wondered why he went to such lengths to have it built. : )
