Discussion: Maddow Calls Out GOPers Who Left Bergdahl Briefing Early (VIDEO)

Discussion for article #223662

Oh, Rachel, I remember an America when you would not be a lone voice in the media shaming these politicians.

Then again, in that remembered America, such politicians would have been ashamed of themselves for even contemplating such shenanigans.

Amazing, simply amazing. I saw Chambliss this morning on the Sunday morning cartoon show, he was asked a direct question about Sgt Bergdahl. Now I know why instead of answering said question he choose instead to vilify the administration.

Becuz he hurriedly left a briefing to display spittle on Faux Snooze.

Maybe he left the briefing due to having forgotten his tin foil hat?

So true!! The media is once again asleep on this. Of course, criticism of the GOP is verboten in today’s media.

"“If you’re skipping the briefing so you can complain that there’s no briefing,” she said, “We’re not laughing with you, Congressmen, we are laughing at you.”

And sad to say Rachel,IMHO they don’t know how to care that we are laughing at them and calling them out.

They’ll only care once they’re sitting in the line of unemployment, then Fox will snatch them up. See Allen West.

The fact that Rachel Maddow is the only person asking this bonehead-obvious question, is why I haven’t listened to or watched mainstream media in 20 years. I picked up on their willful obtuseness a long, long time ago.

The thought of listening to facts in a briefing is too much to ask of a republican.

They can’t handle the truth. Some probably needed a break to pass gas.

Maybe someone should explain to Maddow what really happened…

What’s that Libs? Did they have a BENGHAZI! story to tell on FOX news?

Did the Sunday morning cartoon show ask him why he didn’t attend the briefing? Because in a normal world where the 4th estate actually did their job, that would have been a no-brainer. In the dysfunctional world we’re now forced to live in, without the help of a hard-nosed 4th estate, we get shit for brains for breakfast, lunch and dinner…not to mention Sunday Brunch.

Corporate media interests, now controlled by wingnut monopolistic CEOs and producers, insist on how the invitee list and staging is done for these talkshow interviews, while providing useless claptrap to the masses through these histrionic blabbermouths. Truly, the real opiate of the masses today. Thankfully, I’ve weaned myself off them and am now free of Sunday morning inanity.

No need to feed him. It only makes his bowel-movement comments more frequent.

Oh, man, Libs, I would love to hear just exactly why you can explain to Rachel Maddow what really happened at that briefing. 3-2-1-Go! Start explainifying!

Yeah… I was just curious what lie he’d pull out of his ass.

I hate feeding him too but this ought to be good…

It is kind of fascinating if you’re in the mood to study RW BM’s.

He’ll, you know the answer to your question. They were unable to hear me yelling at them to ask that question and call the bastard out.

And then my wife threatened to turn it off because Mr & Ms Evans, our next door neighbor thought I was abusing the cat for up chucking his oat grass on the rug.
