@BeattyCat it’s a thin rewrite of a Politico rewrite of an article in the New Orleans Times-Picayune. The Politico (re)writer dropped out an important part of the story. From the TP article:
The director of the statewide Republican Party said via text message that an account was created under his name and his former personal credit card billing address in connection with the work of his law firm, Doré Jeansonne. He declined to say who he was using the account for.
But seriously, Josh, give up a few of those artisanal iced coffees and get professional editors and writers in the house…You don’t want to become known as the “Daily Mail” of the US political scene, do you?

It’s bullshit…ya know. When all this crap broke lose I opened a free account with them to check it out. There is no way you could do oppo research ( as if that’s what’s needed today ) using that site. EVERYTHING is anonymous as you might imagine. You cannot target anyone on that site or in the real world because there is no way to index the two. It’s a huge database of pseudonyms and has NO WAY to connect those pseudonyms to a real name.
The man spent money on the site…he was looking to get laid. That’s it.
