I’m sure the Mayor Khan will find a more diplomatic response, but I’m pretty sure the only proper response is:

Fuck that noise. I'll visit America if and when I don't bloody need an offensive, bigoted, and condescending *exception*.

It looks like Mayor Khan did, in fact, find a more diplomatic (i.e. without saying fuck) way to say the same thing.
