Here we go again, a GOP official making a racist remark who, when called on his “joke” will accuse questioners of playing the race card. Btw, I have it on good authority that when GW read from his Teleprompter, some words were spelled out phonetically for him.

I think it is time to give up on any moral equivalency arguments and just face the facts. The republican party is a party for racists. Not all republicans are racists, but if you are a racist, then there is definitely a home for you in the republican party.

So this “leader” left evidence in the form of the written word in a newsletter. That’ll make it harder for him to declare that he was “misquoted” or taken “out of context”. I don’t see that he has any defense here unless he uses Boehner’s shallow and noncredible excuse of “sorry, just kidding amongst friends”.

These folks really need to be removed from public discourse. They can hold all their repugnant thoughts privately, but, really, they should limit their sharing.
