Hart wrote. “They say if you need a friend in Washington, get a dog. We now know that adage is not always accurate.”

It’s still always accurate. You can always count on the dog being your friend.

Because Pruitt isn’t quite front and center enough in this story - there’s another one breaking from his OK days:

eta: The degree of Pruitt’s natural inclination for graft matches Trump’s natural inclination for grift.

That settles it. ETTD is a disease, not a toxin. It is contagious.

right? boo f*ing hoo

“Also,” Hart continued, “that’s the last time I ever sublet to an Okie.”

Reminds me of the Billy Bush - Traitor Donnie spectacle: “Trump said a lot of misogynist shit, I got fired just because I showed up to work that day, and he gets made President? How is that fair?”

Trump slimes everyone he touches.

Is Pruitt the dog he’s referring to? Otherwise, that line doesn’t make sense to me.

I am sure he was pushed out. Whether or not his retirement will shield his firm from a bribery charge, they’re still in the lobbying business. They can read the writing on the wall, and it says, hey, there’s a big blue wave about to hit this town.

“But, the political official who I successfully and corruptly lobbied is remaining on his job because he feels no shame.”

pruitt: we was just doing good bidness, okie-style.
