Discussion: Lobbyist Tied To Pruitt Condo Had More Contact With EPA Chief Than Firm Reported

Now if Pruitt had a skin shade darker than ecru then Session would be raising his teeny tiny fist and ordering a full frontal investigation. But hey white is right…

Put another way: THEY LIED!

But this is typical, everyone associated with the Trump administration LIES,. ALL THE TIME!

It’s valid to claim he wasn’t being lobbied. The law distinguishes between Lobbying and Bribery.

I agree with those two statements, but I must say they are redundant.

I’d like to see a strand of economic literature that would try to measure the economic damage inflicted by the Trump regime. A back-of-the-napkin calculation suggests Pruitt’s damage to the US economy and Americans is on the order of $20-30 billion a year, compared to the situation where Obama-era protections remained in place and were enforced.

So in unvarnished language he’s a self serving grifter, a lying unrepentant sack of Trump.

Isn’t it technically lying to congress when you put “Hon” (i.e. “Honorable”) on Scott Pruitt’s nameplate?

I submit that a fair test of whether this country has justice, is whether Scott Pruitt goes to prison.

Pruitt is a fundamentally dishonest person. Just the kind that Trump likes.

Someone at the lobbying firm obviously thought they had enough legal exposure to commission that investigation (or perhaps just to refile the reports using their real records). That’s a good sign.

Coke, on the other hand, probably just wanted to rebid a contract for cheaper, and go for someone whose inside connections haven’t been burned yet.
