Discussion: Lawyer Who Met Don Jr. Was Key Player In High-Profile Money Laundering Case

Remember, the details are dizzying because that is the mode of operation of the Trump Organization. PERIOD! FULL STOP!!

All the twists and turns these investigations are revealing is because it was meant to be hard to find the evidence. But as progress is made by pulling in just “publicly” available information is really compelling! How likely is it that all this effort will lead to nothing? My guess is that it is highly and probable that wrongdoing will be revealed. Look at how Special Counsel Muller is arming up his investigative team. And more importantly, you must remember, his team has a lot more credible evidence before them to analyze, than we are privy to at this time…so let’s allow the team do their job! Thank you!

Mr. Thielman writes:

Russian friendliness to Rohrbacher has been a bone of contention with the FBI and the butt of “jokes” from Rohrbacher’s fellow Republicans. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) told colleagues in an audio recording that surfaced in May: “There’s two people I think Putin pays, Rohrabacher and Trump.”

It is interesting you accept McCarthy’s characterizations of this exchange between Mr. McCarthy and his fellow Republicans, Ryan, Scalise, and others, as a “joke.” It was pretty clear, this was not a joke, Mr. Thielman. It has been brushed aside, but it should not be.

“Liberalism is a fucking mental disorder,” she wrote on July 1, 2016—American liberalism.

Now does this really seem like someone who would help Russia collude to get Trump elected?

Remember all the links Josh found to real estate being bought in Trump properties by unknown overseas (likely Russian) interests? Her linkage seems to have something to do with that, and if it does then the money laundering through the Trump properties is going to come out of the Mueller investigation.

There appears to be a lot of things going on behind the scenes by the Trump family that are coming out slowly…it almost looks like they started trying to find any and all ways to get Trump elected, and were leaning heavily on their Russian connections (built through real estate). If so, they may go down hard, but Trump may survive if Mueller can’t show he was directly involved…they may be willing to go to jail and then live off their billions when they get out (they will still have money, or know people who have money).

If I were an ex-KGB agent running the world’s greatest kleptocracy, this is exactly who I would hire to talk about things nefarious to a family notorious for thinking with their genitalia…

Meh…Anna Chapman was prettier. I like the redheads hehe…but yeah, the Russians sure do appear to know how to work that angle with their operatives.

That assumes: (1) they get out of jail; and (2) there isn’t some kind of forfeiture or disgorgement of ill gotten gains.
