Katyal’s arguments were very persuasive and made this a struggle for the conservative court. Yet, they went with ‘white’ among their choices because that’s what it boils down to. This is a very clarifying decision in that sense. If Trump can turn racism into policy and get it upheld, then it means legal protections don’t matter. It’s about power. POC and white liberals have a coalition that can overwhelm the Republicans and kick the aging old white men out of power and send them to the golf courses. It’s time to vote. It’s time to correct the errors of 2016.

If only that were possible. This Congress isn’t about to do shit. Hell, they passed one bill the entire time they’ve been in office besides naming Post Offices. And their tax bill for the filthy rich 1% isn’t exactly playing to the home team like they had hoped. What a fucking waste. Time to take back the perks and those six-figure tax payer funded salaries for lack of legislative competence, and doing us all wrong.

Therefore, travel should be banned to and from all countries having a Trump property.

Manafort is in jail, Papadopoulos and Flynn are being sentenced soon, we’re within days of Cohen and Stone being arrested, 5 guilty pleas, several more indictments on the docket in three different states- what the hell are you talking about? Also, the Democrats are invigorated like never before, a blue wave is inevitable. *Trump is going down- count on it!
