Okay, forgive me for asking, but how does a news outlet “obtain exclusive access” to a lawsuit that’s already been filed? Once it’s filed, it’s a public record. You can either look it up online or, if the county where it’s filed is still in the Mayberry mode of operation, go down to the courthouse and ask to see it.

Presumably, the plaintiff’s lawyer put them onto it, but it’s not like they were given a major leak of private info.

Did you catch the part in the NPR piece about how Butowsky is responsible for “most of what we know about Benghazi”?

Seems like something our dastardly “liberal media” should pursue, no?

Edit - here it is: “Behind the scenes, I do a lot of work, (unpaid) helping to uncover certain stories,” Butowsky writes, as recounted in the suit.

“[M]y biggest work was revealing most of what we know today about Benghazi.”

“concrete evidence”

Yes, current spin seemingly posits with their signature passive aggression that ‘out of deference to the Trump’s sacred regard for veracity, they are owed that extra measure of truth’.
Yikes, concrete and will-o’-the-wisps never mix…

another Texas douche. Actually the entire NPR article is well worth a read. This shows how FAKE News is created by the “right”. Pretty disgusting.

Fox “News” = “Fake News.” Any further questions?

Just cements the idea that Fox News is not a news outlet, but a propaganda arm of this White House. They make RT look good.

Look forward to discovery!

Hmmmm. I’m on the horns of a dilemma . How could I ever believe the WH was ever involved
in something so nastily vicous, creepy and just downright amoral? I mean this administration
has been pretty much above crap, basically honorable and so . . . . .

Oh shit its not 2014?

Never-mind. They did it.

So a lying peddler of BS to Fox is whining because other lying BS peddlers used lies and BS to pressure him to push his BS lies harder than he wanted to?

Okay, then. Keep your shit flinging confined to your own little circle and carry on. We appreciate any documents you file with the court.

What is the wrong/damage he is alleging was done to him, and what remedy is he seeking?

Ever notice this pattern: They get caught lying or saying something crazy and their reply is…“We were just joking.”

Kelly’s having a fantastic day.
Totally in control of the narrative.

Good question. I assume NPR was feed this story by plaintiff’s counsel in advance of filing with it embargoed until the date of filing, which I guess was yesterday or today?

So they had exclusive access pre-filing to the complaint but also wheeler.

Anyone who for a moment thought that Spicer was a good guy because of his unceremonious dismissal from WH should lay to rest any such notions.

He was an asshole just like the others, who just got one-upped by the other assholes.

I don’t get it. Wheeler did the investigation and wrote the story. Is he claiming that the story that was broadcast was NOT the story he submitted? Otherwise, what is the point of the lawsuit?

So, if I understand correctly, it was Vince Foster who killed Seth Rich.

But what I don’t understand is his failure to first lure him to the Mena airport.

Where he could easily have hidden the body inside one of the many daily drug shipments.

Very, very sloppy of the Clintons…

Presumably because they got an advance copy of the lawsuit’s text, in exclusivity, which allowed them to publish their report at the exact moment the lawsuit was filed.

It was Rich Condit with the modem in the study. He used ACID to dissolve his work—the same ACID he used to dispose of Chandra Levy’s body.
