The WA DSHS has had problems for years now. It just settled a multi-million dollar lawsuit resulting from the neglect of children in bad households and general poor oversight. That being said, it is, like any DSHS, underfunded and understaffed. They are asking the legislature for a funding increase to hire more case workers. Many cases go 90-days with no home visit or follow-up because they lack the staff to handle things in a timely fashion.
This probably is unrelated, but an additional black eye for an already struggling department.
Shouldn’t say it but the but the tremors seem fake and the entire story contrived. Ill bet much of the sexy stuff went down…but how was she forced to put up with this for so long? I am sure the scatalation and other oddities happened…but but but
Threats against her job? Between moments of having this asshole by the balls for sex she had him by the balls for all the rest. Makes no sense.
I’m pretty sure that the first time someone defecated on my face without permission (not that any is forthcoming) I’d be making sure that someone higher in the org chart knew about it.

Bingo. Seems to me those text messages could be easily retrieved and reviewed. Just hearing about one “you are my sex slave and you will do what you are told.” actually sounds more like your theory for sure. Some women love to be talked to like that, as do some men (Marv Albert and Rudy Giuliani come to mind). The complete texts will tell all. And if the gun thing is proven, to me that does not bode well for the male, but we have no indication exactly what happened there. Maybe they were playing Happiness is Warm Gun while doing some kinky stuff and playing with a pistol, who knows. Adults can do as they please. Also would be interesting to see if she or he have profiles on websites for such stuff.
The only crime here might be if they were doing this stuff while in the office during work hours. Otherwise it looks like you assessed the situation correctly.
