Discussion: Latest New York Mag Cover Features Trump Wearing A Powdered Wig

The tweet credits it as a photo-illustration, so apparently it is.

This “persona” is an improvement. Has regular hair is flat, and his face is yuuuge, so it’s unbalanced. (And the lighting/make-up/touch-up evened out his skin tone, which – aside from being an unnatural shade – is normally uneven under his eyes. But that would have happened with any professional photo.) The wig gives him more volume, and the curls are actually less ridiculous.

Speaking of which, he complains that no one defends him when people pick on his hair. That’s because, unlike his “persona”, how he handles his hair as he ages is entirely up to him. What he does looks bad, isn’t fooling anyone, and reflects poorly on his judgement. While some may call it a “toupee” as a shortcut to a joke or put-down, given time to consider, they would realize that Trump is rich enough to buy something that looked pretty good.

So: too proud to get fake hair, too vain to change his hair style, and too delusional to realize it doesn’t work. And oh: a bigot, a coward, and a flip-flopper, unfit for office.

It is a merkin …not a wig

Why is TPM wasting resources on this story?
(Why an I wasting my time commenting on this?)

Ironically, it makes him look more serious.
