Just to clarify: Putin lifted the sanction pushed by Western govt’s (2010) to sell Iran S-300s. Russia recently offered to sell Iran more sophisticated Arten-2500s. No report yet that Iran has agreed to buy S-300 or Arten-2500, but likely they will buy one or the other, giving that Congress and Israel wants to bomb, bomb, bomb Iran.
