This is a prime example of what is called willful cultural ignorance.

If O’Lielly were smart he would devote an hour to all the people Putin has had assassinated. Of course, you can see the major flaw in that plan in my first four words.

Sounds like a bunch of manufactured drama to me, throw out a “clue” that Fox, trump, and Putin are completely unrelated and at odds! We certainly know there’s a portion of the public that will believe it.
