I wonder if Kansas will make him PAY for the appeal personally.
âIâ am wondering if he himself will be handling the appeal. Did he go to the same bottom-of-the-barrel law school Michael Cohen did?
Heâs searching for more ways to burden the right to vote.
So far as I know, no one is required to show proof of citizenship to buy a gun.
Will there actually be an appeal? How long does it take to file an appeal? He is running for governor in November, with the primary in August. His term as KS Sec. of State ends in January 2019. If he loses the governorâs race, doesnât the issue just die? Would whoever wins as governor actually want to follow through with an appeal?

Humanityâs defeated foe, when his face was held to the filthy ground by the rough boot of justice, did the right thing. âWow.â
Kobach is evil. We had to drag him to the river, force the truth down his throat, and then follow up, to ensure that the decent thing is done. I bet heâll risk jail time to harm brown people, even now.
Chris Kobach will do the decent thing only when forced at every step of the way. Anything less, and he will stab truth, honor, and justice in the heart. Chris Kobach is as close to evil as any mere mortal can come. Donât be fooled by how common true evil is in Trumpâs government: Donald Trump is evil, and he draws every gradation of evil from the woodwork. Trumpâs technical victory was a clarion call for every flavor of evil, and every monster under the sun answered the call.
These people are evil. Everyone who aids or abets them is next-to-evil. Every decent human is the enemy of Chris Kobach, period.
Clarence Thomas went to Yale, too.
Based on those two examples, Yaleâs looking pretty close to the bottom of the barrelâŚ
