I saw this ad last night. My heart really does go out to the wives of these philandering congressmen who force them to go on national television and “stand by their man”. To endure what I’m sure is a deeply humiliating thing all so their husband can try to bamboozle the public in to re-electing them.

Oh pumpkin, it is called getting caught, and that is not owning up to anything. He was too stupid to check for cameras, and of course he still has a job, while the woman he was kissing got thrown under the bus, as he would do to you in the blink of an eye, if he had to in order to keep his lucrative career of getting paid to do nothing. The thing is Miss Clueless, had he not gotten caught on camera, he would still be at it.

But this is the nut of the GOP political scam. They do everything they say they are against, and when they get caught, the say “sorry, God,” and get re-elected to the senate ala john and trick David Vitter. That’s their scam. They don’t ever have to get out of the race using this method.
