Aye, Iâm thinking Judge Bunning should just go ahead and position a couple of Federal Marshals in the Rowan County Clerkâs office bright and early Monday morning, Chances are theyâd only have to wait about 10 minutes max before arresting Davis to haul her back to court and thence to the pokey.

Iâm guessing within the next week, Judge Bunning or the whole Sixth Circuit will take off the kid gloves. Between these Liberty Counsel effers and the OathKeepers, this is one weird, colorful show. If it werenât for the very real harm this bitch and her lawyers are causing to very real law-abiding Americans, Iâd laugh more. I am so sorry for the people who are affected by her delusions and her âcounselâsâ sights of grandeur. These people need a LOT of mental health therapy and to be very medicated.

The best thing about this is that she and her posse are totally giving the lie to the claim that this crap is just about not violating one personâs âsincerely held religious belief.â Itâs about inflicting their particular religious belief on others, and thereâs no hiding that now. I never want to hear another wingnut or media Villager tut-tut comparisons of these Christofascists to Islamist terrorists or the Taliban: if our social structures were as weak as elsewhere in the world (and the rightâs aiming for that), their actions would be virtually indistinguishable.
