In other words, Kavanaugh will vote to kill the ACA prohibition on insurance companies denying treatment for preexisting conditions.

The whole phrase pre-existing conditions drives me crazy. They are existing conditions, they are pre-coverage conditions - pre-exiting is simply a meaningless phrase meant to confuse people. People have become more knowledgeable for sure over the last few years thanks to the ACA, but they need to make it really clear - insurance companies don’t want to cover you for anything you have ever been diagnosed with before you signed up for their insurance. They will cover you for all conditions you currently DON’T have.

I’m going to take that as a “no.” Gorsuch was bad enough, this man will be a complete disaster on the Court. Thanks to all those who thought there would be no difference between Clinton and Trump.
