I believe his maladministration sent some woman by the name of Karen Hughes to show Muslim women just how WONDERFUL it was to be a Western woman. She all but burned their hijabs and it was very well received!

Verging into fantasy there pal, but I’d be all for trying to “beam” those values into some of our redder states.
We send messages with everything we do, and some things, like massive military invasions of a country under false pretenses, tend to drown out anything you can “beam” and are a lot more credible than propaganda.
