Discussion: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Hits O'Reilly: 'It Feels Good' To Blame Muslims (VIDEO)

Or hear about it. Total black out of the information.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar:

A left hook to the body and a right cross to the jaw.OUCH!! Take them hits Bill O’leilly.Well thrown Kareem, well thrown.

I respectably disagree with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. I think it is perfectly fair to critique Islam for it’s intolerance. When apostasy is no longer a crime in many Muslim majority countries, then we’ll talk.

I feel perfectly justified critiquing Islam, but I think Christianity is also deserving of attack. When a religion is used to justify the oppression of women and women’s bodies, and as an excuse to preach and practice hate, it has no place in a modern secular world.

Attacking any religion for creating an environment where it’s adherents feel free to commit evil is not only fair, I believe it is our moral responsibility to speak out. Attacking an individual for following this religion, however, is wrong. These individuals are often as much victim as perpetrator. Muslims aren’t the problem, but Islam is.

Long story short, I will continue to attack your religion, as well as the repressive religion of Mr. O’Reilly.

What motivates the Criminal Act? They are motivated by the insane dictates of an insane religion to violence. GWB’s insanity was also, partially, driven by religious fanaticism. I will continue to critique the worldview that teaches intolerance.

These criminals were motivated by many things, including a history of oppression. But to deny the influence of their supernatural fantasies is to give the imams preaching the nonsense to them a pass.

If he deigns to reply, tonight’s Talking Points Memo on the Factor oughta be good.

Jabbar makes good points but to say the underlying reasons of the attack were not religious is ridiculous. The Klan attacks were Christian attacks against Christians … often times against people of the same denomination. The underlying cause was racial, not religious. The French attacks were Muslims on non-Muslims primarily (although there were Muslim victims), it was not racial but religious. Muslims do not have a unifying head but they all venerate their holy books as coming straight from God. They claim not to be idolaters but they do idolize the words as if the written words were sacred … that’s one of the roots of the savage branch of their religion. When the World cup was here McDonald’s printed all the flags of the nations involved (including Saudi Arabia) on the napkins. There was a minor scandal because the ‘holy words’ inscribed on SA’s flag (and on the napkins) were being defiled when used and discarded.

Not only doesn’t it feel good, it also pokes gaping holes their arguments.

Bill claims that “Christians” got rid of the KKK because the FBI had mostly Christians in it and the FBI got rid of the KKK. I’d argue a few things.

First the FBI was a guvmit organization and I thought Bill was against the guvmint doing anything.

Second, one of the FBI’s leaders, Hoover, was very much against MLK Jr. leading black citizens to non-violently work for themselves against violent groups like the KKK.

Third, it wasn’t really until other FBI leaders realized that the KKK was also attacking whites that didn’t fall in line with the KKK’s violence against blacks that the FBI started cracking down on them.

According to BillBo’s own logic, he’s a pedophile. Since some Catholic priests are pedophiles, therefore all Catholics are. There can be no grey area here.

Therefore BillBo, a self-proclaimed Catholic, is a pedophile,

The sick bastard.
