That was my first thought when I heard him make the argument. Does he really think people are going to fall for that shit. Local control was why we were still segregated in the 1960s. Board v. Brown was decided in 1954. A decade earlier. The locals just werenât integrating. They forced the Courts to act.

Just picked up along the way that Kamala Harris favors reinstating school busing but has no plan to show for it. I do not know if the plan will call for community voluntary busing or federal mandatory force busing.
