Didn’t the other jurors, including the ones who signed statements alleging bias, also vote to convict? Isn’t it better that they understood the bias of other jurors during he deliberations rather than having it unspoken? I would never say never in a situation like this but I have a hard time envisioning the right case.

I’m interested in how far you think Bernie carries his opposition to the death penalty.
Further than Hillary Clinton.
He certainly would not send a drone to murder any American citizens overseas, like B.Obama.
I doubt if he would ask the states to get a constitutional amendment.
