(In a husky voice) Anerica… this is not one my better days.

Enjoying the civil suit, Alex? If so, you’re really going to love the criminal trial.

The judge said Jones’ actions during the taping were “indefensible,” “unconscionable,” and even “possibly criminal,”

I like that part.

Lock this SOB up!

Can he still hawk his various talismans and snake oils to the Trumptards? That’s his only real concern.

“unconscionable,” and even “possibly criminal,” CNN reported.

This is legalese for “Fuck me? Fuck YOU!”

And Roger Stone is kicking himself…poor old Roger.

Once again, Alex destroys himself with one stroke of his tongue.

Last time his big fat mouth turned out to be his worst enemy was when he opened it in divorce court and lost custody of his kids as a result. As my navy friends would say, “Way to go, Jarhead!”

Ummm…why haven’t I heard that he’s being charged for the child porn yet? He and Subway Jared can share a cell…and donut pillow…

Naive question here: on what grounds did the judge sanction Jones, given that Jones’ (despicable) behavior occurred outside the courtroom? Was he previously under some order regarding making comments on the trial?

Because the person he was threatening, like Jones, is in the case before the Court, and the threats were made in the context of discovery issues before the Court.

… the far-right radio host belligerently accused the lawyer representing the Sandy Hook families of planting child pornography in his emails.

Yeah, but then the judge Belliserently sanctioned him.

That’s a perfect picture of him. Anyone who works as hard as he does to appear tough has gotta wish nobody saw this one.

This is so satisfying. Let that POS reap what he has sown. Even now he is still trying to play the victim. Next up is Stone.

even possibly criminal

I was wondering about that.

Any second now there’s going to be a video on Fox with Jones begging for a pardon.

Naw, he sent that via his intermediary of Epstein to Trump’s massage folks at Mar-a-GoGo.

To be clear, Alex Jones has not been charged for possession or solicitation of child pornography.

As a part of the discovery process in the suit, Jones’ legal team handed over all of InfoWars’ email metadata to the plaintiffs without having gone through all of it themselves (Jones said there wasn’t enough time to go through it all). When the plaintiffs combed through the emails, they found child porn that was sent TO InfoWars (not BY anyone at Infowars) and thus alerted both the FBI and Jones’ legal counsel. Jones then accused the plaintiffs of planting the porn during his show. It’s all very messy and confusing, and some people online mistakenly believed Jones had deliberately sent child pornography to the SH victims’ families.

You can read more about it here.

Ah, thanks, that clarifies then. Sent TO him, not his personal collection hehe. Although it sort of begs the question of why Jones and his staff never alerted the FBI about what they’d been sent (or did they?).

To be clear on my end, I never really thought the did it deliberately though…more like he messed up and sent them his collection, thereby outing himself haha.

Would you be shocked if Jones uses a lot of pirate download sites and inadvertently signed up for child porn?
