As in the phrase “being hoist in one’s own dotard”.
At least Michael knew what he was doing when walking backwards.
RonJon could always announce that he’s retiring to spend more time with his epic stand-up comedy future?
Not so fast. Let’s talk about the guy who is riding a hero’s wave currently, James Comey, because 11 days before the election he spoke about her emails. It was then that WI, PA and MI abandoned her. Not to mention the widespread voter suppression that was in place in WI. This is Clinton’s own theory of why she lost, and Feingold had nothing to do with it except he was a retread and probably never had a chance. .
You appear to be in the throes of boundless optimism this day.
I salute you
You make completely valid points.
For the record however, Feingold had a double-digit lead at one point; all momentum was lost in Wisconsin
I try.
Wait, more RonJon comedy gold just surfaced!
Justice Dept. recovers missing texts from FBI officials
Dear Amerikkka,
I am a very stupid person.
Love,
Ron Johnson.
(P.S. But not love if you’re a man, because I am totally into broads. Just ask Sean Hannity. He will totally vouch for me.)
Change that to “absolute certainty and I, Ron Johnson am a fucking lying asshole” and the Senator would be right.
I’m not sure I’d want to belong to a secret society engaged in a massive conspiracy at the highest levels of government, whose supposed ringleaders are so sloppy that they casually refer to this endeavor as “the secret society” in text message chats on their government phones.
So it’s not just “a real possibility” that this was a joke, it’s a 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999% likelihood.
And that other .0000000000000000000000000000001% chance mostly has to do with the possibility that the universe is governed by an all-powerful Trickster God who enjoys fucking around with local planetary politics for their own amusement.
If the GOPers continue walking stuff back at this rate, they’ll only need a couple more generations before eyes in the back of their heads start to evolve.
Damn! I was just going to say that.
The people who elected him are responsible. That he is a foolish man is on the record.
What matters is the GOP gets the conspiracies out there. Even if they walk back their statements, the conspiracies live on.
Oh, SNAP! That’s going to leave a mark…
we wouldn’t need coal as an energy source…
From the article at Politico:
GOP lawmakers have argued that they need to investigate further to determine whether Strzok or Page allowed political beliefs to influence their actions in the probe.
How about an investigation to determine whether the conspiracy theorists in Congress allowed political beliefs to influence their actions?
