What a weird conundrum. They are both right, and both wrong. Jindal is correct in saying that Paul is unsuited to be POTUS (as is Jindal) but not for the reasons Jindal suggestions. Paul is right about GOP foreign policy did create ISIS, but wrong in that it was invading Iraq in the first place which was the problem.

Magically, both statements could well be true: both are unsuitable. In fact, you could substitute hundreds of phrases for the three words 'Paulās ISIS Comments" and the statement would still be true. Jindal says Climate Change Denial proves heās unsuitable to be POTUS. Jindal says Disastrous State Finances prove heās unsuitable to be POTUS. I could go on all day.
