Her campaign may have debt to retire or self-loans to offset (too lazy to Google it), in which case this actually makes Trump’s $149 ornaments look above board. In any event, a penny raised today is a penny she or her successor grifter won’t have to raise in 2020.

Huh. This is actually the first sign I’ve seen that maybe she doesn’t want Trump in office.
That said, I absolutely agree that she needs to make it clear that if she doesn’t make her goal, she’s donating the money–and where it will go.

I think this is a case of being better to say nothing and let people assume you’re an idiot, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. As long as she doesn’t say she’s doing it to get money and remind people she exists, we can all close our eyes and assume that it’s being done entirely for altruistic purposes.

Not to break chops or anything, but the article seems to imply that the $2,500,000 target (on the linked Green Party Crowd Fund page currently at $154,000.plus) seems to be the filing fees or anticipated costs to be required and deposited for the requested recounts. The Crowd Fund page doesn’t specify this. But it didnt seem like an Oral Roberts style “God will take me unless YOU raise $8M (and God said he wants it in small, unmarked bills…).”
