I’ve been a lawyer for 30 years and I can’t figure out what the hell Corsi is complaining about. I guess defamation, if being called insufficiently loyal to Trump could be deemed defamatory in any rational context.
And I’m wondering how Larry Klayman’s reputation can support a claim for defamation, since last I checked his reputation included being banned from filing cases in several jurisdictions.
Way back when Klayman was the head of Judicial Watch, I saw two of his attorneys in the Writ Department trying to have a writ granted to obtain papers from the Governor’s office. Dumb as rocks. Had no idea what they were doing. Did not know they had to serve it. When they finally did it, the governor’s offices had none of the papers they wanted. A waste of everyone’s time.
Give each of these a megaphone and throw them in the Thunderdome of Bullshit, it will be mighty entertaining…

Corsi also claimed the comments were causing reputational damage to both him and his attorney, Larry Klayman.
The only thing that could harm Klayman’s reputation as a two bit grifter and right wing hack is if he ever filed anything with a single fact on his side. He’d never get invited to a federalist soiree again.
They deserve each other and all the harm they can inflict on each other.
