violates the constitution, which in Article 9 renounces war “as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes.”
Since this is from a US-drafted constitution, is it fair to ask why our own US Constitution lacks such an article?
This move is not surprising. Several weeks ago President Obama and Japan’s Prime Minister Abe held a meeting and then gave a press conference to announce greater military cooperation and closer ties on trade, a la the TPP.
