āIf we can win here in New Jersey and win in California and win in some of the other states and if we can win a majority of the pledged delegates, weāre going to go into Philadelphia and the Democratic convention and expect to come out with the Democratic nomination,ā Sanders said.
Yeah, if you win the nomination youāll win the nomination. But you arenāt winning the nomination, so telling your supporters that the Super Delegates who you spend time demonizing are going to magically flip the election to you, even if youāre losing the delegate race, is just asinine.
There is no path as is apparent to any reasonable person able to count.
This is so unfortunate. Bernie and his true believers are becoming the Democratic tea party. Their way or the highway. Anyone not with them is the enemy as is compromise for the sake of accomplishment.
Serious question: In 35 years of public life, what has Bernie Sanders accomplished for the progressive cause? I know heās repeatedly voted to maintain dangerous access to dangerous fire arms. But has has he actually accomplished to make life better for the people he champions?
What will happen to the impressionable young people following them, when this inevitably ends in a Clinton nomination? Will they be disillusioned with politics for ever?
At what point does Bernieās campaign become a grift?
What is it now, win by 95%ā¦yes, still a chance. hahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Follow the yellow brick road? Ease on down the road?
Socialists just donāt have enough gas in their ideological tank to sell cars to the American mainstream. Itās been a fun academic lesson in organizing American grass roots, but the last pit stop before the convention is nearing and you wonāt win the popular vote.
Quit teasing your young idealists that you can pull off a miracle. Only God grants those.
Instead, how about showing your supporters that they can be adults who actually works with others to get things done and fix mistakes. The revolution never really extended beyond your own motorcade. Make it count for something lasting and important.
The American middle class is waiting for Democrats to present an agenda based firmly on reality. They donāt need miracles. They just want a level playing field and equal opportunity to make things better. Hard work, sacrifice and persistence never have frightened the American electorate or worker. That is the Democratic Party.
āWe Understandā Path Is ā Narrowing Now, But There Is A Pathā
WRONG. The correct answer is, āNo, there isnāt.ā Next question.
Senator Sanders, where are the tax returns you promised to produce? Iām sure a candidate whose whole campaign is based against monied influences in politics, understands the supreme importance of sharing this information with the voters.
It hasnāt been a grift for a while ā itās been a pure con for at least a month and a half.
These people are just incredible. They must need all those $27 campaign donations because grifting is where they are at now. They are not doing their supporters any favors other than creating a huge disappointment. So now we will have even more bitter young people. Heck of a job, Bernie. And Jane.
They arenāt a TeaParty. They are just so fed up with no getting anywhere. Even when we win a national election, the GOP still controls the House and sometimes the Senate. The DNC has to work on that instead of conceding races to the GOP unopposed.
Now that demographics and migration patterns are moving in our favor, we need to run candidates in all districts in all 50 states and stop fooling ourselves that victories will come easily in the future. You have to fight for even damned victory in life. Just ask Bernieās workers.
Iām glad these young Democrats had the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a successful campaign. They did it mostly by themselves and they can do it against the GOP, too, the rest of their lives. Let Bernie take them all the way through California and to the floor of the convention.
They are us when we were young. Iām proud of each and everyone of them.
First, you do realize you have perfectly described the Tea Party, right?
Time to be a grown-up and stop pouting. The decisions are made by those who show up.
Democrats donāt control Congress because progressives refused to vote in 2010 and 2012. Had everyone who voted for Obama came out and voted in 10 and 12, Democrats would control the entire government with amazing progress on all the things we care about. Instead, progressives rewarded obstructionist Republicans by refusing to vote when they didnāt get a unicorn after electing Obama.
One virtue the tea party has on Bernie party: The tea party votes.
The key to democracy is very simple. If you donāt vote, you donāt get to decide.
