Here’s the problem. There are other people who have been brought up on charges of making a terroristic threat on platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Why does Reynolds think he’s immune? Because he has his own platform and a little power. Authorities only go after the little people.

He’s not just “an asshole,” he’s Beauchamp Brogan Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. I think it’s long past time he be fired, barring that, NO ONE should be signing up for his classes. He is a bigoted piece of crap who has no business teaching anywhere. Can we start a campaign to ask the administration why this man is still employed there?

Reprehensible … ignorant … vile … but more than anything - seriously demented - this psycho irrational twit is morphing ‘blocking traffic & the anxiety/fear that it might create’ into what he calls an ‘act of violence’ and in his twisted mind he then wishes to argue that it would be justifiable to kill - to flat out extinguish the lives of those who are doing something that may cause some person anxiety/fear … just take some big-ass vehicle and mow them down like there were errantly placed traffic cones - and this devoid-of-ethics foll would embrace it as “OK”

I’ve lived in the Washington DC area for 28 years, and have sat in traffic blocked or slowed by protesters a number of times. It was an annoyance and inconvenience, but I never considered it to be an act of violence.
