Discussion: Ingraham: The GOP 'Needs To Pull The Plug' on McCarthy

It’s not known that it was Russian intelligence as opposed to the garden variety Russian scammers that pollute all our inboxes, nor that it targeted her specifically. Nor is their any reason to think such attempts don’t constantly appear on government email addresses.

That’s consistent with the approach. Hillary gets out of a defensive position and goes on the attack…associating “partisan attacks on the tax payers dime” with “republicans”. And let them spend the next few news cycles denying it…and thus forging that link in voter’s minds.

Which is precisely what happened yesterday before the shooting. Every republican that trotted out to say McCarthy was wrong, merely forged the chain deeper with voters that republicans are using their money to go on a political witch hunt. McCarthy’s disaster of an interview on Fox wrote it even larger.

Haha…doesn’t matter if it’s completely absurd either. Makes me think of the South Park episode in which Kanye West spends the whole episode defending himself against the accusation that he’s a gay fish because he doesn’t understand the joke Jimmy came up with:

Do you like fishsticks?

Yeah.

Then you must be a gay fish.

It’s hilarious how oblivious they portray Kanye.

I think you’re right and that it’s important to recognize that, because the 4th Estate has sold its soul, the whole Benghazi/elephants hiding in the strawberry patch thing is an entirely viable shenanigan no matter how much or how long they fail to find the elephants. It’s not just the GOP/Teatrolls that have adopted the attitude that accusations equal convictions and that lack of evidence to prove accusations is evidence of a coverup; the MSM has fully and completely bought into that as well, because perpetuating nontroversy blah blah ad revenue. Thus, the Benghazi committee doesn’t have to bother trying to prove anything…just has to manufacture justifications for perpetuating the investigation, including the accusations that “we have no evidence to support our accusations because there’s been a coverup.” They just need to make it last next October or so, at which point we see a big flare up in rhetoric about it on their end. Then, it dies silently…just like the whole Ebola uproar from the righties AND MSMS died immediately after the November 2014 elections.

Interesting that they’re calling for McCarthy’s head, but not one has the courage to call for an end to this sham of an "investigation ".

I think Ingraham is right. The GOP really needs to pull the plug on McCarthy. Who knows he might tell the truth again. They can’t have that.

Brain damage is a selling point in today’s GOP.

142 words explaining a 140 character tweet from someone with no real power. Posted without comment.

With a voice rivaling that of fingernails-on-a-blackboard whiner Palin, I was just surprised to see that nasalized nobody and sTRUMPet N’ Chief Ingraham was still alive or on the air.

~sigh!~

Her nasalized whining about CA’s meth central valley rep, dullard McCarthy, seems as much projection as prediction.
Go back inside the Big Tent, they miss you honey.

Our little Ms. Ingraham is partially correct; ALL of the Republican candidates are in ‘over their heads.’

she looks like she smells, and is bad in bed

When I saw the headline, I thought at first she must be talking about Joe McCarthy.

…and a multitude of TeaPotty Floaters emerge vying for the job…

Ingraham, an avowed fan of GOP frontrunner Donald Trump…

How can anyone in their right mind be for Trump. I mean I understand why some rich folks like her pull for conventional republicans that will help them and fuck over everyone else because they don’t care, but Trump seems like he’d really fuck things up even for rich folks with his lack of worldwide diplomacy.

I’m comforted that there really doesn’t seem to be a strong cohort of talk show hosts to take over when limbaugh, savage, levin, larson, etc eventually retire (and hopefully all soon). The only person I can really name as an heir to the throne of crap is maybe ben shapiro, but I don’t think he or anyone else is likely to restore conservative talk radio to its early 90s “glory.” Beck’s already flared out, erikson is fading, and breitbart is dead, so I think the institution is blessedly on the ropes…

Keep in mind, Pelosi has asked for Dem votes. If the GOTP folks go totally ballistic among themselves, this could get very interesting.

“Pull the plug” Isn’t that a term Death Panels use?
