Yup. They can’t believe that the Clintons could run a charity or foundation as anything other than a grift machine.

The lack of any evidence of crookedness drives them insane — they are absolutely convinced that the Clintons have found a way to make the grift untraceable and are jealous as hell…

lizzymom you are absolutely right. Think trump foundation, think money laundering. He does it, and people who do the same are convinced everyone cheats just like they do. Wrong. Think of all the money and time the republicans have wasted over the years (think Clinton investigation) trying to find out just how legitimate charities steal from their donors the way they steal from theirs.

I’m not sure they really have much choice, anymore. Their entire brand is one of “rules don’t apply to us” so their pipeline is entirely made up of people who have committed violations of laws.

That could play really well with the fundogelical crowd. After all, if a Republican gets his or her heart right with Jesus, then all past transgressions are forgiven. The gospel is all about second, third, fourth, 70 X 7 chances…if you’re a Republican. Exhibit A - Donald J. Trump.

On the other hand, if you’re a Democrat, you’re Satan’s spawn no matter how many good deeds you do, no matter how moral you are in your personal life, no matter what Christian church you attend, etc. Exhibits A and B - Barack and Michelle Obama.
