A very long time ago, in a universe far, far away, I suggested that serious diplomatic efforts be conducted in a car shop (automotive repair facility) in Ohio. I know the Dayton Accords didn’t entirely succeed, but there is much to be said for removing the inordinately comfortable from their comforts.
And Bonus! If they all check into a Motel 6 in Arizona, ICE will review their documentation for free!

Any chance of helping it along? I mean, Pence’s rapture is due Saturday. Leaving shoes and clothing for T, P, and Ryan on the WH lawn and say they were raptured. and put someone in there who is not an idiot, and was not raptured. Deny any look-a-likes as work of the devil.

To Trump, this is a feature not a flaw. He equates the fear he created with his reckless, contrarian, and/or imbecilic talk and actions with respect. He is also playing from his ‘business strategy’ that says he (and he alone) can renege on prior agreements to pressure the ‘opposition’ to grant further concessions. For example, see not paying contractors. Hence he sees nothing wrong with pulling out of the Paris Accord to negotiate a better ‘deal’ for USA.
The thought of this poser reading a speech from a teleprompter, written by sycophants in the White House, like a fifth grader reading a book report on Paul Bunyon has me gagging in embarrassment before it even happens. Trump is the antithesis of erudite.

I used to work in the building that was torn down to build that effing tower. It was called the United Engineering Center (first version of it donate by Carnegie, iirc) and housed all the major US and international engineering societies with the idea of fostering cooperation and cross-fertilization among all different branches of technology. Had a kick-ass library devoted to all things engineering-related that made tech research a breeze.
All scattered to the winds now.

Making the trump brand great is the only goal of the little sniveling warthog that lives in the White House. After his steaks and the Fake Trump University plus all of his sexual predator adventures, being great only means not having to say “I’m under investigation.”
Trump and his supporters can no longer be considered ignorant of Trump’s corruption. They endorse it, excuse it and thrive on it.

Trump doesn’t have a clue what the US does or how it operates. For him to parachute in and say they spend too much money while at the same time saying they need more expensive Italian marble is typical clueless Trump.
If the UN wants to save money, it should leave the US and get away from Trump Tower. Move to a more affordable city in a country that believes in Equality…not the racist US.
I actually think he is intensely insecure and he equates practically everything with disrespect. He craves attention because he can pretend attention is approval. Sort of…This is one sick dude…
